I first became interested in working with crystals and stones after learning about the study of Chakras. The word "Chakra" is taken from Hindi and means "wheel of energy".

They are an ancient model for awakening and balancing your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energies. Each chakra has certain characteristics which influence different aspects of our personalities.

The body consists of 7 chakras which are positioned from the tailbone to the crown of the head. Each of the chakras are associated with a location on the body, a color/ assortment of crystals/gems/stones, and a primary need or drive.

Items made with chakra stones and crystals are not only beautiful, they can be a powerful tool in helping your mind and body find and maintain balance.
